Welcome to Fuzzy Logic Tech Support, LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Introduction
Fuzzy Logic Tech Support, LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides computer repair, diagnostic, and related services. By accessing and using our services, you ("customer," "you") agree to comply with these terms and conditions. This agreement governs all interactions and transactions with us.

2. Services Provided
We offer a range of services, including but not limited to:
Hardware diagnostics and repair
Software troubleshooting
Virus/malware removal
Operating system installations and updates
Data recovery and backup services
Network configuration and repair
All services are provided subject to the availability of parts and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to refuse or decline services at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding their device and issues.
Data Backup: Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all data prior to service. Fuzzy Logic Tech Support, LLC will not be liable for any loss of data during repair or diagnostic procedures.
Device Condition: Customers must disclose any known issues, damage, or modifications made to the device prior to service.
Access & Credentials: Customers may need to provide passwords or access credentials for troubleshooting. This information will be used solely for the purpose of servicing your device and will be kept confidential.

4. Payment Terms
Pricing: All pricing will be provided upfront where possible. Diagnostic fees may apply even if no further service is rendered.
Estimates: We provide cost estimates for repair services, which are subject to change based on the complexity of the repair or unforeseen issues.
Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, or money order.
Deposits: A deposit may be required for services involving extensive repairs or part orders. If a deposit is made and the customer cancels the service, the deposit may not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.
Late Fees: If payment is not received within 1 business day of the services completed, a late fee of 1% may be applied.

5. Liability Limitation
Unintentional Damage: While we take the utmost care in handling your device, Fuzzy Logic Tech Support, LLC is not liable for any unintentional damage that may occur during the service process.
Loss of Data: We are not responsible for the loss of data, software, or programs during service. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up important data prior to service.
Indirect Damage: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Service Warranty
Warranty Period: We provide a 30-day warranty on all repairs unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers parts and labor for repairs completed. If the issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will re-evaluate the device and provide additional repairs at no additional cost.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues caused by user error or subsequent physical damage, software-related problems, devices that have been tampered with or serviced by other repair companies after our service, or any warranties provided by manufacturers, which are separate from our warranty and are subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Privacy Policy

9. Service Availability
We answer calls between 7 AM and 7 PM but are available to schedule on-site or in-person services within or beyond those hours, including weekends and late in the afternoon/evening on weekdays. If services are needed outside these hours, accommodation may be made, and they will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Force Majeure
Fuzzy Logic Tech Support, LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure results from any cause beyond Fuzzy Logic Tech Support, LLC's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

11. Customer Feedback
We may collect feedback from customers regarding our services. By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use your comments for marketing and promotional purposes without any compensation to you.

12. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve the use of third-party service providers (such as payment processors or software vendors). We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of these third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk.

13. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
If you share sensitive information with us that is not considered personally identifiable information (PII), you must specify your request for confidentiality either in your initial communication regarding the specific service or as soon as possible. If such a request for an NDA is made, the service will not continue until the appropriate legal documentation is completed.

14. User Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and services. Inappropriate or abusive behavior may result in the refusal of service. Such behavior may include but is not limited to:
Verbal abuse or threats
Harassment of any kind
Disruptive or disorderly conduct
Use of obscene or offensive language
Any actions that compromise the safety or well-being of our staff

15. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. However, if the customer chooses to terminate the agreement after repairs or services have commenced, the customer will still be liable for any incurred costs, including diagnostic fees or non-refundable deposits for ordered parts. Certain services may be irreversible once commenced. Such services may include but are not limited to virus removal, data recovery, and operating system installations, which may result in the loss of data or changes to the device that cannot be undone. The customer acknowledges and agrees that some services are non-refundable and cannot be stopped or reversed once initiated. Fuzzy Logic Tech Support, LLC reserves the right to terminate service if the customer fails to meet payment obligations, behaves inappropriately, or breaches any part of this agreement.

16. Dispute Resolution
Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiation.
Arbitration: If negotiation fails, any disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. The choice to use arbitration may nullify any preexisting non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or rights to privacy that may have been established between the parties.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States.

17. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at https://fuzzylogictechsupport.com/TermsOfService.html and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
